These are two new pieces, both MRIs, showing the view from top of the head. Aren't they amazing images? Both are hand-dyed silk with polyester threads.
The second image is from my friend, Carol. Isn't that grand that she allowed me to stitch it?

New Work
Marital Bliss
I've been working on a new series of work entitled, Idioms and Other Nonsense. This is one of the series, using MRI scans. Another piece (below), Pillow Talk, uses X-rays.
I received word that Marital Bliss will be apart of Joetta Maue's show, down to sleep, at the
Chester F. Sidell Gallery, north of Boston. The show begins March 1 and runs through April 12th. Opening reception is March 1, 5-7 pm. Wish I could attend!
